Terms of Use (EULA) / Kullanım Koşulları

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the PilotBoard mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. License

PilotBoard grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and these Terms.

3. Subscriptions (PilotBoard Pro)

The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock additional features ("PilotBoard Pro"). The following plans are available:

Auto-renewal: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.

Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. Payment and Billing

All purchases are processed by Apple through your Apple ID. PilotBoard does not collect or store your payment information. Prices are shown in the App and may vary by region and local tax.

5. Refunds

Refunds, if any, are handled by Apple in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. Please contact Apple Support to request a refund.

6. User Content

All data you enter into the App (vehicle information, fuel records, maintenance logs, budget entries, etc.) is stored locally on your device. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of this data and for backing it up.

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The developer does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App. The App is a tool for personal vehicle management; any driving, maintenance, or financial decisions are the sole responsibility of the user.

10. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
